We decided to let them tell you about their site in their own words. (Well, we provided the questions, but they gave us the answers). Enjoy!

1) Describe your site:

Syckfits is a community of creative people who design, collaborate and sell their artwork on t-shirts and those who just love great t-shirt designs. Really Syckfits is about people who appreciate the comfort of a t-shirt and its total efficiency for communicating to others. Syck, ain’t it? (By the way, Syck means ‘sick’ but with a ‘y’.…)

2) Where is your site located?

Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. (Small Texas town)

3) Does your location have any influence on your site and designs?

No way (did you see any cattle or spurs on our t-shirt designs?) – Syckfits is about the designer/artist and his/her user. We want Syckfits to be their platform, whether he/she is designing, voting or collaborating with other designers/artists or users. We’ve put control in the hands of the designer, where it should be. Our main influence comes from an appreciation of Syck design with a reason to be printed on a shirt.

4) Who is the target customer for your site?

We’re looking for the person who is captured by innovative art – someone who sees the t-shirt as a canvas for his/her personal voice. We’re looking for folks who prefer edgy, compelling graphic design and who know that when they wear a t-shirt, it’s because it’s not only cool its Syck. Can we all agree that we need more Syckness in this world?

5) How often will we see new designs?

We’re continually working with new artists and new designs. Check back frequently for the latest. Although, we can say that the t-shirt design world (universe?) will be amazed when we unveil a new concept in t-shirt design in July. Stay tuned! Seriously, stay tuned.

6) Hit me with something unique about your site.

Well, we’re not cutesie or trendy, though there’s nothing wrong with that, we are not that. You won’t find the latest slang plastered across the front of a shirt. Syckfits is about custom, compelling designs. Plus, artists don’t just win contests at Syckfits. Rather, they’ll actually receive a royalty for every shirt with their design print for the life of the shirt.

7) Do you offer international shipping?

Of course we ship outside of Texas. Do you think we don’t have the Pony Express here? Geez. Oh, and Puerto Rico too.
