We call him…

“BTR FSTR STRGR!”

but WinterArtwork, the artist of this design, just calls him “Copperbolt” and says that he “was originally intended to be a vintage, sci fi style superhero but somewhere during the design process he morphed into this Soviet poster boy for robotic supremacy. I’m sure somewhere Megatron is smiling. lol”

This design looks great on the white tee (perfect for summer), but think it would have also been interesting to see the same design on a charcoal with bleach used for the whites/greys to lend it a hardcore vintage/soviet era feel.
