This is brilliant marketing: With over 40k followers since their first tweet on May 19th (“We regretfully admit that something has happened off of the Gulf Coast. More to come.”), @BPGlobalPR is picking up on the PR trail where BP has left off, and probably selling more than a few t-shirts along the way.
Plugs for their “BP Cares” t-shirts are interspersed between tweets about everyone from the crisis itself, to slams against Palin, Leno and the politics of the situation.
